TTs are a right nuisance as regards brake dust [I've got one].
Have you ever heard of/tried something called Virosol? [It was also sold for much more money branded as MC2] One of the valeters on the UK TT forum recommended it; it's a citrus based non-acidic cleaner, not specifically made for alloy cleaning and available from cleaning supply companies but does a trick when used neat on stubborn dust and diluted 1:10 for regular use.
The supplier I used to use is no longer operating [I bought 10l about a year ago and have used about 2.5l so far] but you can get it here: http://www.olympiccleaning.com/detai...SubCategory=64
