Well I was up early yesterday morning........started at 9am finished at 3.30, the routine was: -

    Rinse
    Snow foam
    Rinse
    Wash (2 buckets)
    Dry

Clean wheel arches using AG Eng & Mach Cleaner then dressed with AG Vinyl & Rubber Care.

Wheels cleaned with AG Engine & Machine Cleaner, dried, applied #21
Applied Megs Endurance tyre Gel to tyres

    Clay (Sonus green & Megs)

    Used 4" pads for evrything
    #83 SFX1 pad (used selectively as didn't have much) speed 2 then 2 x 4 then 1 x 6
#80 SFX2 (entire car) speed 5 all the way
    #21 SFX3 speed 4
    #16 SFX3 speed 3
#16 applied by hand would have spit polished but ran out of time

All above buffed up using new Ultimate Wipes

    All plastics dressed with #40
All glass cleaned using Megs Glass Cleaner Concentrate
Carpets and mats cleaned using Megs carpet cleaner
Exhausts buffed up using Mothers Mag & Aluminium cleaner
    Buffed up wheels & Tyres

Cleaned leather using Turtle Wax Leather Cleaner & Conditioner.......this was the only part I wasn't totally happy with.......but I didn't have anything else

    Here's a before: -

    And the wheels: -

The snow foam.........I was a bit late in getting the camera up and running

And here is the clay there was a lot worse but I got carried away and forgot the pics

And now for the finished article: -

    And finally.........the tree

So apart from the leather, which I'll sort out when I get something better (it's white by the way) open to suggestions, I was happy with it...........but when my brother in law arrived he just said "that's nice" and jumped in it and off he went .........maybe it's rubbish eh

    Bryan

PS the swirls are as they say no more.....well pleased about that I am!

      Hi Eric,

Snowfoam is something that is available here in the UK.........it's a pre wash solution which is applied via a foam gun.........you can use any car wash through the foam gun attached to the karcher pressure washer.......the car was completely white with foam but it had run off by the time I got the camera out

Blr123, how long do you normally leave the foam on before you start scrubbing away w/ the mitt? This is something I must start doing.

                            Hi there volcombug,

This is the only place I know of who stock it here in the UK: -

Here at Autobrite Direct, we’re not just a car detailing shop, but also experts on how to complete car cleaning, the right way.

Although as I say a lot of guys just use NXT car wash and that gives a similar effect although you do go through a lot of NXT

I spray my NXT wash with it, but I don't cover more than the bottom of the container with NXT... seems good enough for me.

(Still put a little NXT in the bucket when going over it with the glove afterwards.)
Do, or do not - there is no try.
