I don't know how I missed this thread and I know I'm a little late, but I just couldn't help it. What an UNBELIEVABLE transformation, Rasky. I'm absolutely blown away. What a car!!

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

I wish there were more pictures showing the in between steps. I know it is *magic* but even then the pictures just do not do justice to the amount of work and talent. I see Before and After but I really would love to see During pictures.

The chrome on the original one looked all rusted. Was it rechromed?

Sorry. I wish I had more pics but when I'm in the zone and working I just don't think about taking pics. I have a lot of others, but they are all before and after. I do plan to take more durring pics of the white Healey though.

The Chrome was not redone on this one. Close up pics will show some pitting from the surface rust that was on them. They do still look 100% better though.

Money is not an issue for the white one and I have all new chrome, interior, chrome wheels, tires sitting in the house.

That is an absolutely beautiful piece of work, the car and what you've done. I wish the whole world was full of as much ambition as you and some of the people on this site. Absolutely breathtaking.

                      Peace
