Here are pics of the last vehicle we did.

The black finish was really bad. It had deep swirls and scuffs and scratches.

Let me say this again- THE FINISH WAS REALLY BAD!

Man, Iowa is missing out on some awesome cars! Never see anything like that around here.

After we carefully washed and clayed it we dried it and masked off areas we wanted to protect from the buffer.

We used notebook paper for to cover this area.

        Then we got to it!!

We found out the paint was on the soft side. It was actually much softer than the SL55s finish.

We used a buffer with 8006 and DACP. We polished each panel about 5 to six times until all the defects were out.

We followed that with a G100 and speed glaze on a 8006.

That was followed by #9 then topped with #21.

Sorry about a few of the blurry pics.

          Nice pictures, as usual!

Do you know the brand name of the company that makes the light in this picture?

I've been looking for something like that for a long time!

Just curious why you used 9006/G100/ with #9 instead of the 8006?

First off, simply beautiful work, as usual! Must be nice to have the opportunity to work on such amazing vehicles, better to own them, but best to drive 'em!

Now, am I the first to fully call that Ferrari as an F360 Challenge Stradale, or did I miss someone else doing so?

Finally, in the first group of Shelby pix there's a Ferrari F40 in the background, one of the finest pure drivers cars ever built. Are you going back next month to do that one? (can I come - I'll buy gas and beer!)

Not only are we to detail the F40 but two other Ferraris, three other SLs, a BMW 750ILF, a Lamborghini Murcielago and a Bugatti Veyron!!!!!!!

                            Thank you for the compliment.

The buffer is a dewalt and Kevin Brown " iamwaxman@aol.com " can get you the handle.

OMG Joe, you better put up another thread after you do those cars!!!!

Great work as always on all the other cars. Really, really impressive results from a lot of really, really hard work.
