Great job!

I just got to test the NXT speed detailer and I am way more than satisfied. I have a '99 Saturn SSC1 and the speed detailer took about 15 minutes to completion. The car looks fantastic and the mechanic at work asked if I just washed it. All I did after the light rain we had was the NXT QD
this was 5 days after waxing and washing last. That and I live all around farms dairies and orchards. Messy messy but NXT gitserdone

RamAir, I am jealous. I love the new GTO's. In fact, I was just looking at them, again, today. Yours looks great. I love driving that car. There aren't words to describe the feeling. I would like to have one, but my wife has said "no." Plus, I would have to get rid of my truck right now, which I am not willing to do. Plus, I still have my baby, a '93 Grand Prix, that still looks good. The wife doesn't want another vehicle at the house, especially another two door.
Thanks for the kind words. The GTO has more of a sleeper look than the TA does, but it will run right with it in acceleration at least up to 90. The TA, being lighter, may have a little more top end. And the cops hardly pay any attention to me.
The GTO is easier to detail too. Fewer nooks and crannies to wax and polish. Impuls Blue is easier to maintain than black. I haven't even had to use #83 on the goat yet.
Did you drive the '05? Every time I read "400 HP" or "400 lb.-ft" I start drooling. Not that I don't have enough power at 350, but once you have it you always want more. I would like to have those hood scoops too. I find them to be tastefully done.
You could always trade the '93 GP so the number of 2 doors would remain constant. I had a '96 GP GTP before I went with the TAs. Get your wife to drive the GTO, maybe that will sway her opinion. It is a great daily driver and a road warrior.
Ramair, I drove the 04 last Fall, same as yours. It had plenty of torque with the 350 horses. The wife was in the car with me. I looked down at the speedometer, and we were running 105 mph in third gear. I wouldn't have believed it if I wasn't in the car. When I told her, she said that I definitely do not need one. Eversince that day, I have wanted one.
The 05 looks good. I like the scoops and the split exhaust. The 400 horses really has a nice ring to it, and 0 to 60 in 4.7 is mighty enticing.
I loved the TA's. I always wanted one of those until GM axed them. Hopefully, I 'll get a goat in the next year or so.
