I ordered my set of brushes. The PBE wharehouse didn't even know about them. They promised I would have them by the 16th.

      Wow, excellent review!

I am also skeptical about using a brush to wash paint. The only brush I use is an expensive Boar's hair brush that I use only on wheels. However, I was also a "naysayer" when MF towels, and waterless washes first came out. Therefore, I'm going to keep an open mind on this subject, and wait for more feedback...... that way, I won't have to "eat crow" later.

Thanks again for the great review!

I only used the brush on the lower, "dirtier" areas just to loosen up the dirt - then I went over the entire car with a wash mitt - it works better that way - I won't use the wash brush on the entire car for fear of scratching

But remember, it's still cold out

I only use one bucket, but I rinse my wash mitt with the hose everytime before I put the mitt back in the bucket.

I know this uses more water, but I think it should result in even less dirt being spread back onto the paint surface.

            Versa Angle brushes

I've been looking at the versa angle brushes and they look like they work well, from the sound of it they do.
            Do the brushes seem durable?
I detail auto's as a side line, I've tried several kinds and now I'm ready to purchase the versa angle, wide body.
What would you suggest as a starter package. I detail alot 0f interiors and need brushes to get the vents etc.

I have used my wide angle body brush twice now and love it. Makes quick and easy work of the wash and leaves no marring that I have been able to see.

Wow this thread still has some life in it 6 months later. I should add these brushes still are working like champs! The body brush is causing no swirls really at all though I did manage to get some impossible to clean out gunk in a small spot of bristles which I cut out. But aside from that they're still working awsome!

I like all of the brushes, the body brush truly is very soft.
so far I bought the wheel face brush, and I will be using it very
soon on the next group of Lexus's I do.

I purchased my brush at AutoZone,Advanced Auto has the
collection as well,I also bought some of the GoldClass
applicator pads too. ( the rectangle ones ) nice !
and oh ya a bottle of speed detailer ( good stuff )

the stores here carry alot of Meguiar stuff
