Thanks for your responses! A week after I got the car the dealer put a sealant coat on it. Two weeks later I took it to get the plates put on and they washed it.....afterward it was full of spider web swirls. The dealer agreed to redo the sealant coat. It looks better but still has a few fine swirls. I am approaching with caution and looking for the best way to take care of it without it becoming a second job. I signed up for the detailing class on Aug. 25 but my name has not shown up on the list yet.

All the sealant is doing is hiding the swirls, so it is up to you if you will want to fix them up or not.
Going to a class will help, and let you see what may be needed. May even be able to do a test spot while there, or esp on a Thurdsay night can get a test spot done, see what might be needed.2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue
