I want know how to use the meguiars clay kit and do i need to use the Ultimate Compound and Swirl X together or shud I use one at a time -

Welcome pappaflava,
I've been to Jamaica 2X for 1 month each time. Lots of cool looking rides there.
You would only use 1 at a time. Typically you start with the least aggressive product and see if it works for you (in this case SwirlX) and then you'd move up to Ultimate Compound if needed. You could follow that up with SwirlX to smooth things out (again if needed).
You may want to post a photo of your paint in Detailing101. You'll get lots of helps there.Comment
