I've been to Jamaica 2X for 1 month each time. Lots of cool looking rides there.
You would only use 1 at a time. Typically you start with the least aggressive product and see if it works for you (in this case SwirlX) and then you'd move up to Ultimate Compound if needed. You could follow that up with SwirlX to smooth things out (again if needed).
