I've checked my spam filters (gmail) and no emails from megs (I use Comcast and I doubt they automatically delete all Megs email).

Here's an old school method to try:

Go back and set all your settings not to receive any messages. Then 24 hours later go back in and reset them to receive.

My ISP is Cox.net. Using the above logic all MOL members that have cox.net as an ISP should not be receiving thread and PM email notices (I do get the newsletter and special sales emails). This should be easy enough to check.

Any MOL members in So Cal have Cox.net for an ISP and still get thread and PM email notifications?

But that's just the thing, Mike; even with the confirmation emails we see, for example, AOL users who never receive it and others who do. Or someone will receive the confirmation email but not get any post notifications. And those emails all come from the same source, which just makes it all the more frustrating for the user, and for us.

We've been in touch with our webmaster (does anyone still use that term any more?) and he's going to revisit the issue shortly.

Did not work...still not getting emails from the posts. and I didn't get the confimation of my account email either way back when I first joined. Megs had to manually approve my account. Oh well!

The board was hard to reach or down for awhile and just a few moments ago I received my first email notification on a thread! I almost did not even realize it!
