I just received my order of Meguiars number 36. after about 11 sprays, the spray nozzle mysteriously stopped working. i took the spray mechanism off and noticed the tube got disconnected. i put it back on and gently squeezed the spray to see if i could see any liquid traversing along teh tube.
it was at this time i noticed the liquid was travelling "backwards!!" It was going "back" into the bottle, instead of out of the nozzle. being totally perplexed at the paradox i just witnessed, decided to call up meguiars.
i told him i didn't want to return it since the product is still good, and asked just for an empty spray bottle to replace my backwards one. he asked for my phone number and varified my address, then said a new one will be sent right over to me, free of charge! with no need to return this perfectly good product (minus this one flaw).
i told him "wow that was so easy!" i work for a company whose customer service department is JD Power certified so i know this kind of service is rare. My commendation here doesn't do it justice but i certainly wasn't expecting not to have to do any work on my end to get this issue resolved, no matter how small it may've been.
so a Thank You Meguiars for making quality products who care for their customers the way they care for their cars.
