Great customer service!!!!!!!!

I would really like to thank Jsanchez for going out of his way to help me out with a problem i had.

I ordered the new wash mop on monday i recieved it on wednes but it was damaged in shipping from the way it was packed also probably helped along by UPS handling. nonetheless the mop came bent at about a 45 degree angle. i tried to bend it back but it just broke right off. i called meguiars and got intouch wiht jsanchez. He immediately said he would replace the mop with no shipping and let me add on to the order. and he threw in a couple free towels. i would like to commend jsanchez and meguiars for their great customer service. i will definitely be shopping again and will reccomend them to my friends.

sorry to dig up an old thread, but i wanted to comment (please move this if there is a specific thread). i would like to say that meguiars customer service is the best i have EVER dealt with and to myself, customer service is just as important as the products themselves. jorge (you rock!), tim and brian have all been great to deal with, and have always made sure that i have been well taken care of all these years. also, the generosity of info that this online board provides is priceless, and mike phillips really is an extraordinary individual sharing his wealth of info, and overall just being a very nice guy (i'm sure you've heard it many times before, but i sincerely mean it). THANKS!
