I would really like to thank Jsanchez for going out of his way to help me out with a problem i had.
I ordered the new wash mop on monday i recieved it on wednes but it was damaged in shipping from the way it was packed also probably helped along by UPS handling. nonetheless the mop came bent at about a 45 degree angle. i tried to bend it back but it just broke right off. i called meguiars and got intouch wiht jsanchez. He immediately said he would replace the mop with no shipping and let me add on to the order. and he threw in a couple free towels. i would like to commend jsanchez and meguiars for their great customer service. i will definitely be shopping again and will reccomend them to my friends.
