    you may wanna check in your receiving line , you may have a loose end. the notice/3 sheet of paper were in the box , and i am sober for 32 years )

        Cosmin,

        Something must have happened in shipment because I personally checked the box thoroughly and still have it sitting here in my office. It is in the original G110v2 box with nothing on the outside except the postage and a handwritten address. The inside has only contained crumpled newspaper, manual, and the buffer. Regardless, now that we have the info we need I will process the refund. I will submit the paperwork today to our accounting department. It will likely take 2-3 weeks to receive the check by mail.

          I wanted to take this opportunity to update this thread. I went to get my polisher back from the rep about 2 weeks ago and shipped it out to California for a replacement. Brian has been great help and quick to respond to his emails. He also took the time to email me with updates about receiving the polisher and what was holding up the shipment of a replacement. I believe that anyone providing customer service should always keep their customer updated on the situation! And for that I really appreciate it and had a pleasant experience dealing with Brian.

          All the problems I have had with previous two units are GONE! Haven't had the chance to test the polisher out yet, so I can't wait to get to it during the holidays! Thanks once again to Brian, and Meguiar's!
