    Marcus, if you just got QD leaking onto the chamois then a simple rinse and wring, or a full wash if you prefer, will take care of it.

    But......that bottle shouldn't have leaked like that to begin with and I apologize for any inconvenience. I'm also happy to replace it, or the chamois, if you prefer. Feel free to call me at 800-347-5700 and ask for Mike if one of the other guys picks up. I'll get you squared away.

    In the meantime though, go ahead and at least give that chamois a good rinse and you'll be good to go.

      Michael, I appreciate your courtesy, that is very stand-up of you guys. But its just a little leak, probobly my fault anyway. Ill rinse the chamois out and let her rip. Not like i can clean the thing right now anyway with as much rain we are getting right now

        I love Meguiar's products and these interesting forums, but this company they have handling their shipping *****. On top of not having a personality they don't ship orders for 48 hours, don't send the email comformation they promise when the order ships, know nothing about promotions and expect you to "prove it" instead of them checking into it themselves. I cannot believe with all the work that goes into making Meguiar's what it is that they are allowing this to happen. I really like Meguiar's and hope they can correct this, but I will not continue to put up with this kind of service. I will vote with my checkbook. This is just an inconvenience for me; I can pick another company to spend my money with, but if I was an employee of Meguiar's I would be upset as this would effect my livelihood.
        When I spoke with a supervisor at Meguiar's this afternoon he told me the people at Customer Care could take my order from now on. That just seems to undermine what they are trying to accomplish by hiring the outside shipping company.

          Again, we thank you for your feedback. I have already documented your comments and have forwarded them to the the appropriate people. I also contacted Sure Source, as mentioned in our discussion. They have started the process of refunding your shipping costs due to the confusion with the special offer. You will see this refund hit your account in the next few business days.

            Brian, I spoke with your shipping company again today. My order that was suppose to ship Thursday went out some time between Friday and today. When I checked earlier UPS still showed it as in processing. I never received an email comformation from the company that handles your shipping. Tomorrow will make a week since I placed the order. This is not a resonable amount of time to wait for an order to leave a company for an item they have in stock. I love your products but I am very unhappy with your choice of shipping company.

              I just received the tracking # for your order from Sure Source. The order did ship on Friday and arrived into North Carolina today. When I tracked it via UPS's website all the info is there? You are looking at a delivery date of tomorrow, 5/19. I will send you a PM with the tracking # so that you can verify the info if you like.

                Hi Brian, The UPS web site did show the information later in the day, yesterday. It gave a delivery date of 5/20, but I did receive it today. Thank you.
