  • Order service.

    This will be try #2 to order online from Meguiars. I tried a while back last year to order from you guys, and after a week of playing phone games, I canceled my order. So here is round two, alll of my order was in stock, my order said warehoused, but yet still no ship. I am glad my CC has not been charged yet. I understand that things take time, but I don't want this to turn into what last time turned into. I love Meguiars' products but I suppose I would rather pay for the stuff at local parts stores from now on.

    For the record my name is Marcus Salazar, to whomever reads this.

        Hey Marcus,

        I have never had a problem ordering from Meguiar's store at all. I have made 2 or 3 orders right from their store, but have since found aoutodetaingsolutions. Rick at ADS has great prices,awesome customer service(just like Meguiar's), and ships everything fast. On my orders to Meguiar's I called it in and did not order over the internet this may make a difference or it may not. I haven't order from Meg's in a while. Good luck.

          ads will be much cheaper than oreillys...alot cheaper considering the prices at my oriellys.
          when you order from ads your order will be on your doorstep within 5 days.! plus most likely you will get something for free depending on how much you spend and what you get.

            Before you make that move to get everything at oreillys give Rick a call. I ordered stuff on the 30th of Jan and got it on the 6th of Feb. He is in nevada and I am in New Jersey. So from order to delivery was 7 days. Plus your local stores will not have everything that meg's sell but ADS will.

                  ADS! You won't be sorry. Plus they sell everything in sample size!

                  Ordering things off the net from other company's can be frustrating at times, but Rick is the man!
                  He'll make you change your mind about web ordering.

                        Marcus, I checked with Meguiar's Direct, the folks who handle all of our web orders (these orders no longer go through us at Customer Care) and your order is shipping today. Apparently you placed it on Saturday so it wouldn't have shipped over the weekend, obviously. The volume of orders received during a given weekend ultimately impacts whether they can get everything out on Monday or not. You should be receiving an email with a tracking number when the shipment goes out later today. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

                        Apparently your first order, back in September, was being held because one item was on backorder and that was the reason for the hold up then.

                              Update: I got my stuff in Yesterday. I am very pleased as usual with the product. BUT, I ordered a new chamois to replace my worn out Meguiars chamois, and today on the way to the wash, my Quik Detail bottle leaked all over the place and onto mu untouched chamois. Should I wash it now before using it or will a simple wet n' wring out do the trick?
