That is top notch, when I THOUGHT my G100 was bad, I sent it in to be tested at an open garage and they sent it back with the new backing plate, I gave my W64DA to another member that needed one.

Mine went out and came back really fast (apparently the first shipment of g110s had some bad eggs, and I bought one almost right away)
Maybe a little more than week? Great service, a few freebies would have had my jaws dropping!Comment
