I am one to compliment the top notch customer service that Meguiar's employs.
My g110 failed after an hour of use, and I was peeved, so I went through the steps everyone else went through here to get the replacement.
I was expecting to hear "yeah, yeah, your toy broke........", from all the complaints, but instead the CSR sounded like this was the first complaint, answered my questions, and offered free goodies to offset the cost of shipping across the country. He was very helpful and friendly.
Well, on Monday, a CSR named Brian called, and stated that they have received my G-110, and will be sending a new one out in a few days, along with a goodie bag!
It is very nice to know that in the days where customer service is second, or sent to a call center in india, that there is still a company that still cares about it's customers, and will make sure the complaint is heard, and resolved, anong with a "sorry for the inconvience" extra.
