I use meguiar's detailing brush. It makes no mess and can just be washed in the sink with soap and water it saves me a ton of time and money.

The Insane Shine drips excessively through the dish brush if you fill the reservoir with it. If you just spray it on the sponge, it works fine.

I tried the paint brush, and it is the best method I have used by far! It gives very fine control over where the dressing goes. I hardly got any on my rims!
