Either the other person backed out or they figured since they had another they would offer it. Either way "I WIN" So I just ordered it and it should be here either Friday or Saturday. I will post an opening of it and after I do some work with it.

Yeah, I think we all deserve some review of this baby's performance.

OK. IT FINALLY ARRIVED!!! Unboxing was rather plain and uneventful. I managed to take the backing plate off which was held on by 4 screws??? Took off the upper part of the piece that the vacuum bag attaches to. I couldn't get it down any further or at least it didn't seem like it. It has 6 speeds, a D-Handle, Continuous on button. It also came with extra brushes.

The backing plate is 6" so I assume any pads over 6" will work?

That's why I haven't posted pics yet, I'm still waiting on approval from the TSA to be able to photograph and keep the pics of my unit.

Actually, it does a pretty good job. I only use it with 105, 205 and UC now. For something cheap and to start with, it isn't too bad. I want to upgrade to the Meguiars though later this year.

                Go with the Griot's unit.

A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
