it's a sign to upgrade. Either G110 or 7424XP if you want a slightly better replacement or the Flex.
Only draw back to the Flex is not easily being able to change BP size.

I can;t believe that I still haven't bought anything. I'm thinking of going with the 7242XP. To me it seems to be the best value. Any thoughts before I actually pull the trigger?

Spoke to soon I guess. Looks like the G110v2 is out for the same price with new features!

My opinion is that you can make anything what you want it to be or want it to seam on a video.

I'm not knocking the flex but unless I had both and doing my own test, that's all I see it for is just a video.

Maybe I'm wrong to but it didn't look like they were applying to much pressure with the porter, because in couple passes I didn't notice much of a trial if any following and looked like hardly any pressure being applied especially towards the end.

There's also the Griot's DA for a little more then the PC 7424XP and a little less then the G110v2.

I'm debating between the Griot's and the G110v2.

I have the Griot's. It has a good build quality, the D handle the Meg's has, solid clicks on the speed changes, a slow spin up when you turn it on so it's easier to handle. But as far as how good it is....well....between the 0 degree two weeks and now about 2 inches of snow, no time to test it out yet.

Got the G110v2. Haven't really used it yet, but it seems nice
