    Re: dripping wet look

should i put the m26 first then the nxt or nxt and then the m26? i would think since the nxt last longer maybe put that on last and then hope it prolongs the life of the m26 deeper look?

before i get "why would you say nxt last longer" i will explain why i think it lol. i was under the impression that the carnuba wax gives a deeper look but doesnt last/protect as long as synthetic which will give a cleaner look possibly and should last/protect longer....is that the case?

also, i have some megs carnuba cleaner wax, should i use that, then m26 and then nxt?

If you want to apply a Carnauba wax over a synthetic paint sealant then you would apply the M26 over the NXT.

fzr confused, sure sounds like you worked hard on on the polishing. It is possible that you have achieved the best that can presently achieve on the particular paint system of your car, though it certainly would not hurt to spend a day polishing your car with M205 and see what happens.

Not every car can look like the cars in the pics; indeed, I suspect that many of the the cars in the pics do not look like the cars in the pics.

Once you have done all your polishing and gotten the car looking as good as you can get it, then it's just a matter of trying out different glazes and waxes for that little something extra; but do not expect a glaze (or "pure polish") and wax to dramatically alter the appearance of a well-polished car. We are only talking about nuances. What creates gloss and wetness is the leveling and smoothing of the paint through the act of abrasive polishing.

Good luck and have fun! I hope you find that something "extra" that we are all searching for.

        Cheers,
        Al
