I couldn't find this in the other threads so I thought I'd create a new one.
The top part of the steering wheel (vinyl I beleive) in my '00 Accord is wearing out & cracking. This is the part where I usually put my hand on while I'm driving. It's not all that bad but I would like to prevent it as much as I can.
I guess the oil from my hands has done this to the top part of the wheel.
What's the best way to protect that area on the steering wheel? Just wipe with Natural Shine Vinyl Protectant and keep following up with QID?
I really don't want that area to be slippery because I prefer to have a good grip on the wheel while driving (who doesn't
