  • Quick and easy vacuming

My wife just recently purchased a dyson vacum for the house and my shop vac bit the dust. I vacumed my Jeep with the dyson using the mini-turbine attachment. It only took me a quarter of the time that it takes me normally to vacum the car and the carpet came out cleaner and nicer looking than before. The dyson has way more suction than the shop vac ever had. The turbine head even sucked out the lint and hair that even the interior brush can't get. If you have a dyson (especially with the mini turbine head), give it a try!

I have a Dyson and it rocks! Never thought I would like a Vacuum!?!? Anyway.... I don't have the mini turbine but my parents had one(returned it), they said it didn't work all that well. Not sure how they were using it but sure looks like it would work.

What model Dyson does she have?

Do you know if it will do hardwood floors without an attachment?

I think the model is a DC14 complete. It has the telescoping wand for the stairs. It should do hardwood floors without an attachment. My wife uses it on our vinyl and tile floors. I would be careful though, it has very strong suction and might scratch the wood.

i want to buy one but i am not sure it would be good around the house. I think the DC14 is too heavy for my mom.
