Re: What do you think of my business logo?

I've never been a fan of any type of bubble letter, or graffitti style text, but i really love the colors. The name is awesome too.

I think with a name like that you'd reflect that with more of a steam lined or "perfect" text? Silvers, blacks, hard lines, nice hard angles? Meh I dont know, that's my taste...Just throwing out some ideas.

      Thanks for the feedback!!
Yeah I initially had a play around with some darker colours, but I guess for a 'tasteful' graffiti style font, it's grown on me!

It also ties in well with the colours I have on the website and my business cards....I'm 99% sure I'm going to stick with this for the time being

But as always, any and all feedback is appreciated and welcomed!!

Re: What do you think of my business logo?

Looks good, at first I thought the "O's" where "G's" as well. Now that you can read it perfectly, it looks a lot better. The only thing that I still think that needs some work is the "Automotive Detailing". It's kinda dull and doesn't stand out to me, I know when your trying to get people attention you need something more flashy like the "Obsession" part. Also have you started on making a logo yet? Can't have a good business with out the eye catching logo. Other that great job, hope this works out for you.

My website is now up and running (except the photo gallery which is coming soon)!!!

          www.obsessiondetailing.com.au

Made the whole thing myself - used an internet template for the layout but I did the rest!

The logo really looks good in the site setting...good job.

When I saw your map, I was really confused to where you are. Town names, street names, etc just didn't look familiar...THEN I realized where you're located...way down 'thataway'. I thought that was kinda funny (to me)...LOL.

I'm with KB and Flash on this one. Doesn't read too well and might be aimed too much at a specific crowd. Also, never say "it's done" because there's always room for improvement after you learn a new thing here and there. I can all but guarantee you'll be fixing up your site and maybe even the logo in only a few months. I started off the same way, did the website and logo myself, but have always improved it over the years and finally, after 4+ years, have something that I can call "done". I've heard nothing but high praises about my website on it's looks and ease of use, but I still experiment monthly in Dreamweaver with the layout, changing the logo, page names, etc. etc.

I should clarify - I meant 'it's done' as in it's done for the moment...I have no doubt that changes will follow in the coming weeks, months, years....have to start somewhere though!

                    Thanks for the advice!

Interesting! The second 'O' really needs to be lower case though.....I can see it's trying to be like a wheel? Cool concept!
