    Wow, they are using a brush with "somewhat" stiffer bristles....shame shame....remind me to never have my car dusted off at any resort...geez

      Cars with soft paint will easily scratch using a brush. I only use a mit on mine nowerdays (Renaults have very soft paint, Although dont think you will come across one over there)

        Only time I'd even consider a broom...I mean brush is if I had to do a large motor home. Otherwise it's wash mitt for me.
