    $50,000 for three walls and a concrete floor with a drain in it? Plus water soap machine? Where is all this money going? I've seen my grandfather build even more complex things with less cash than that!

    Switch to Linux. Use energy efficient lightbulbs and appliances. Keep your car well maintained and drive easy to save gas. Eat less fast food. Call your mother and tell her you love her. Try flying a kite. Read a wikipedia article daily. Use Meguiar's.

      I finally sat down with they guy.....$175000!!!!!! It only makes ~$1100 a month and that's just supplies minus revinue. It doesn't include expenses like property tax, snow removal, insurance, and maintenance. I think I'll pass on this.
