it doesn't matter if the car is moving or not.
The cabin is "sealed shut" except for the window and the air is coming in through the vents to add fresh air in and blow anything out the cracked window.

I will try this. I guess I should turn the AC and air flow to high, right?

It doesn't HAVE to be on AC, it could be cool, heat or vent, but not recirc. Put on full blast when you can.
