Re: Is it necessary to wax after applying cleaner wax?
I don't really have any "carved in stone" waiting time. Sometimes I will clay the whole car (if needed) , cleaner wax the whole car, and go to bed and put the M16 on in the morning. Other times, (most times) I will clay a section, say for example the hood, then cleaner wax, and as soon as the cleaner wax is removed, on with the M16. Then do the roof completely, then the trunk, etc. No real rhyme or reason...it is just how I feel like at the time. I do not believe the cleaner wax (ColorX) needs to cure before applying M16, however if it does, I don't really care as the M16 is the main wax for me.
