    I'm glad I found this thread.. I followed this tip and it made my neglected pads that had been caked for about a month look brand new again.

    I also bought a pair of used tires yesterday, and the Super Degreaser powered through the grime with ease and left them squeaky clean and prepped for tire shine.

    @Mike Stoops. Thanks for recommending the Super Degreaser. I've put it to good use and it works great!!

      On a side note....ADS no longer stocks super degreaser
