    So lets just assume I can reach the inside of the wheel by using a brush but can't properly rinse those parts because of the following reasons:

    a) the given gaps are still somewhat tight and don't allow for good access
    b) only having access to a pressure washer which you can't really stick through the gaps and aim at the parts that need rinsing

    The wheels that I'm having trouble with are these (the ones in the picture aren't mine):

      If you can reach a brush in, water from a hose will certainly flow in to reinse off the clener.

        Like I said: I don't have access to a regular hose because I have to use a box in a self service car wash and all they have is a pressure washer.

          Stick the wand inside each spoke and give it a light blasting, I do this all the time.

          Or bring a small bucket of water, fill it up, & splash it on the best you can.
