You probably could use a mulitpurpose adhesive because they are so small and dont weigh much and is not exposed to wind pressure. I would take a terry cloth or microfiber towel and wrap it tight around something like the handle of a tooth brush and apply a little paint cleaner like Swirl X or you could try some cleaner wax (depending on what you have) and then you can get in close with the towel covered end of the tooth brush handle to get in close to the emblem and rub that residue off.BrianComment
