My car came with a VPS paint protection film on the front portion of the bonnet, front bumper, mirrors and even the side skirts. Basically all the parts that could be hit by chips. When I wax I am careful to wipe off any excess product that goes in the groove at the edges of the film. There always is a remaining bit of wax which annoys me. Everyone asks me what that line is on the bonnet.
What would be the safest way to get rid of any dry wax stuck the groove and make the line less noticable. I dont want to use something abbrasive that will damage the film or paint. The clear film is this stuff here:
