      I don't know the scentific reason this works, but it does. I stumbled upon it out of frustration one day

      The secret is to apply to the area with one hand/applicator. Then have a nice terry cloth/microfiber towel to wipe off before it dries...as in immediately after applying

      You don't need alot of product on you app pad either. Just enough to cover the area. If its super stubborn you might have to fingernail it a bit

        I always used M39 or APC 4:1 before and it may be time consuming.

            I use APC and a brush or 40 Vinyl/Rubber C/C with terry cloth.
