      We really don't recommend this, unless your terry towels are pretty worn out. Terry tends to lint quite a bit and our lint trap is usually pretty full after drying a load of them. If you toss microfibers in with terry and the terry lints, the microfibers will act as a lint trap and hold onto everything!

      Here at work we usually don't even mix microfibers with pads, but that's primarily because we often have to wash a couple dozen pads at a time so breaking them out makes sense. At home, however, it's rare that I've got a dozen pads that need cleaning all at once, so I'll throw pads and microfibers together.

      Either way, just a warm water wash with a quality liquid laundry detergent, cold rinse, and no more than medium heat for drying and you'll be fine.
