NXT Tech Wax Over Cleaner Wax?

Just got the Meguiar's clay kit (which comes with a little bottle of cleaner wax and a towel..cool stuffs ) and also purchase a bottle of the NXT Tech liquid wax.

Now my question is, can I use the NXT Tech Wax as my last coat after I done with my clay and cleaner wax? Will it actually defeat the purpose of using the cleaner wax?

My steps will be as follows;

1) Clay
2) Sratch X
3) Cleaner Wax
4) NXT Tech Wax (or should I give this a miss?)

you may also want to apply a pure polish after the cleaner wax, I used DCStep2. Pick up a bottle of Meg. Gold Class Wax and apply that as your final layer. Your steps will be:
Wash and dry
Clay
Scratch X
Cleaner Wax
*OPTIONAL Dilute a 50/50 solution of Isopropanol alcohol and water into a spray bottle, mist and wipe your vehicle dry, this will remove any wax you might have missed.
Polish
NXT (2 coats)
Gold Class (2 coats) this will add a more glossy look to your car especially if its dark in color.

Imo polish is bit of waste, maybe some #21 instead?!?

if he uses #21 then he wouldn't have to use NXT, those 2 products are the same.
When I said polish I meant a pure polish http://www.meguiarsdirect.com/detail/MEG+A2116.

#21 = Synthetic Sealant
