Buffer works great at applying the glaze (speed 3).
Yet when removing the glaze (before it has dried to a white haze as per the directions) using a finishing/polish foam pad, the glaze doesnt come off at speed 3 (or any other speed). It acts like it is just moving the polish around and wetting it further...
Pad is dry and as I try to remove it--same prob removing nxt wax.
Doesn't shine (removing the glaze/wax) until I go over the car and rub the **** out of it by hand, trying to dry/shine the dang thing. Even tried another polish/buff pad hoping that maybe the 1st buff/polish pad had excess moisture from the glaze. Still no luck with polishing out the glaze.
In AR we do have 85% or more humidity with temps at least 75. This is done in the shade...
What could I be doing wrong?
Would a terry bonnet over the foam polishing pad work to buff out the glaze/wax??
Thanks!
