Re: Foam Canon!
I've been tempted to get a foam gun, but now I want a cannon! That is so foamy!
I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
Remove swirls my friends.

I know I'm always pouring half a bucket of car wash soap&water out after I'm done my wash.Hello, I am Isaac

2/3 oz. of soap per wash is pretty awesome. I'm usually using 2 ounces per wash plus 270 ounces (2 gal.) of water.
I will certainly look into getting one of these guns/canons. I know there are lots of threads on guns, so I sift through those for recommendations, but if anyone wants to share a suggestion or link, that would be great.
Thanks

I am a proponent of washing one panel at a time and then rinsing, and that process is not what the gun is for. So, it is now relegated to the back yard for the kids to play with. Waste of money for my car, but a cool toy for the kids.
What the gun is for is to pre-soak the car in soap...be it the entire car or a single panel, so that drit/grit can run off and the panel be lubricated before you touch it.
The point of the gun isn't to replace typical 2-bucket washing.
