Hi guys, this is my first post here but Ive been lurking around for quite a while. Have been using Meguiar's products for as long as I can remember and love them.
Anyway, on to my question; I was reading a performance car magazine today and there was an article on getting your car ready for show season. The write claimed that to layer his Carnauba wax he would put on a layer with a DA, let it dry, and then before removing the first coat put a second coat on top. Then he would let that coat dry and remove the wax. He called it "burnishing" the wax. Is there any truth to this? Is this a valid or useful method for layering wax? Any opinions appreciated.
