Re: NXT Tech Wax 2.0 - frequency of use

Those of us who are anal wash+NXT2 Saturday, rinse+wax Sunday. Many normal folks wash+NXT2 one weekend, then wash+wax following weekend, then go to normal routine of weekly washes and re-wax as needed (maybe every 1-2 months).

Note that the 2nd wax can be NXT2 (sealant) or a carnuba (CG, DC3, #26, etc) as you prefer. The key is the first coat of NXT2 sealant and letting it bond nicely.

Thanks searle - I think that is what I will do.
I was using #26 before and thought that I should try the NXT2 stuff becuase it was the latest/greatest. Sounds like Memorial weekend will be spent cleaning, sealing and waxing the car.

Just a suggestion but you may want to try UQW after every wash. It will save you time and money by allowing you to go longer between waxings. I know I got turned on to it because a lot of the members here use it to boost the performance of their wax or sealant during the winter.
