We always remove while it's still wet and move on to the next step.

      Hey,

When using #80 Speed Glaze, I prefer to buff 2 panels and then come back and wipe off both. So, I will do a fender and a door and then go back and wipe off both. I have found that this makes removal quite easy.

Ok thanks for clearing that up. Do you ever find that the #80 dries before you are able to wipe it all off. And I know not to do large sections at a time because then it would obviously dry quicker than you could wipe it off, and also probably wouldn't get the best results.

          Hey,

If you are getting a lot of residue remaining, then either too much product is being used or the buffing pads need to be cleaned/changed.

Awesome, thanks for clearing that up as well. I'll be sure to keep that in mind first time I use it. And possibly take pictures if possible. I washed my car yesterday but my brother drives a black VW Golf which is covered with salt so I may have to do some work on that instead as soon as the PC comes. UPS says it should be here Monday.

I forgot to add that it his car hasn't been washed in about a month so the results should be interesting...the salt usually comes off with a nice water soaking, especially since it's not caked on.

Haha I understand exactly what you mean Tim... sometimes you wish you could just have a nice heated garage to put on a layer of NXT and watch the snow come down instead of go outside and shovel all afternoon...I'm sure you have nothing to worry about though with the way you take care of your truck. GOOD LUCK!!!
