NXT Generation 2.0 Liquid Wax Rocks!!

This is, IMHO, Meguiars best product yet. I love how lightly it applied with my G100, and they are not kidding about a "wet" look. Just like glass.

Per the recommendation of a forum member, I used it also on my alloy rims. I am some pleased. I had to crawl underneath the car to get a good application on (thank goodness I am small!), and they simply came out fantastic.

Gold Class is a great product, but it's hard to believe, NXT Gen is even better!!

Pretty hard to beat NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0 on a prepped surface.

I bought NXT 2.0 and was not that impressed with it. It doesn't seem to last very long.

I get 3 months give or take every time, personally.

That all I got as well. I expect paint sealants to last at least 6months, maybe longer.

A wax should last 4months in normal use, longer if its not driven much. NXT Tech Wax 2.0 isn't a wax though, its a paint sealant.

Lot's of variables involved here....whether the car is garaged, is it a DD or a show car, how often it is washed, constant sun exposure or not, color of paint. 2.0 seems to last longer on my wifes silver Suby than on my black truck. Both sit outside 24-7.

Well I guess different folks have different expectations!

I personally wouldn't WANT to go more than a few months between thoroughly cleaning and waxing my vehicle, so having a wax that lasts 6 months would be worthless to me.

As for the 6 month waxes- I recall reading a heck of a lot on other forums about expensive, high-end waxes, but I can't recall a single product consistently achieving those results. Not one.

To be clear, I have read about a person here, or a person there claiming about one wax or another, but never had a single wax gotten consistent results of 6 months.

Heck, one of my clients still had notable beading on her 350z after nearly 9 months and a single coat of M21 2.0- but it was her second car (not her DD) and only washed a few times in that period, so I don't count that as the norm.

I was just reading abut the M21, sound similar to NXT gen 2.0 as it also is a sealant. I might have to give that a whirl sometime...

Theie is not much of a difference when it comes to M21 2.0 and NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0

M21 Synthetic Sealant 2.0 can be applied with a rotary and is available in a 64oz jug, and NXT 2.0 is not.

M21 only smells like regular chemical.
