It looks like the previous owner didn't try to clean the paint and just put wax over top of the oxidation.Would the Deep Crystal Cleaner get me back to where I can get to the problem? Thanks

Re: Cloudy/Oxidized Paint
Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner will remove any existing wax, but whether it will be sufficient to correct the oxidation issue is dependent on a lot of variables.
What is the year, make and model of the vehicle in question? Do you have any pictures of it? We want to make sure we're talking about a true oxidation issue and not a clear coat failure situation. For oxidation there are a wide variety of products to choose from, and the level of oxidation may well dictate which product you should choose.Michael Stoops

Re: Cloudy/Oxidized Paint
Do you know if the respray was a single stage or base/clear coat? Have you worked on this paint at all previously? If so, are you getting any color transfer onto your applicator (a sure sign of single stage paint)?Michael Stoops
