Re: interior detailing (all purpose cleaner)
Sounds like the panels are discolored(stained). No amount of scrubbing will remove discoloration. Were the stains there before, or are you thinking the APC is what stained it? What APC were you using and at what dilution?Alex C.

Re: interior detailing (all purpose cleaner)
the stains were there and wont come off even when i try to clean it furthur it just fades the surrounding parts and the stain is still there. how can i avoid making the material not to fade and not to have a whitish surface appearance while removing stains? i used the meguiars all purpose cleaner 1 part:10 parts water

Re: interior detailing (all purpose cleaner)
Steering wheels can get pretty nasty. Probably just needs a bit more scrubbing. If you look closely you should be able to see if there's still gunk left, that's probably what's sticky.Alex C.
