This is probably a question for Mike Phillips but if anyone else has an opinion I welcome your advice.ffice

The FAA has recommended not using Simple Green on aircraft because if it is not rinsed completely it can cause corrosion. Simple Green came out with an aluminum safe product, Simple Green Aircraft, that the FAA, Boeing, etc. says is OK.
While cleaning the oily grime off the belly of my plane this morning I decided to try Quick Detailer. It worked great but, remembering the Simple Green problem, and not having the ability to rinse the QD off the surface – both painted and unpainted - I need to know if using QD without rinsing can damage aluminum.
Thanks,
Dave
