Fair enough. Ill never side with a cheater, but Ive seen plenty of women (military town) cheat on their husbands while they were in Iraq and then divorce them and take their toys/money....so its not always fair...the courts love to side with the women.

Id say you got the good end of the bargin though if he was cheatin on you and you always stayed faithful. Good on ya!

It is rough on the nails, but that just a good excuse to spend some of the ex's money for a manicure.

    Are you for real!

myaeger18, Lydia is the only example you need to make a case to your wife, she's a great detailer.

Ive got 3 daughters. Daughter #1 has her car washed every couple months. Daughter # 2 never washes her car, and its a pig sty inside. Daughter #3 runs her car thru a touchless car wash every couple weeks. My wifes car is cleaned by me. I was in a nursing home for a month and in that time my wife had her car washed once.

Glad to see you add to this, Lydia. Was wondering were you have been. Don't be a stranger.

Lol Nappers! Thank you!! I started to post a message earlier but had a problem with loading the pictures. I think I got it figured out now

I've been detailing with Meg's for 3 years now (when I was younger I used to use dish soap and turtle wax when I cleaned my Dad's van but I've learned better now). I own my own business (part time, due to a good, steady full time job). Some of the more interesting details: a 31 ft RV, a red 1989 Porsche Targa (several times), quite a few motorcycles (Goldwings, a Valkyrie, and several others), and of course a lot of other cars. Here's one of my more recent details; I was detailing it because it was being put on Ebay. This car had really neat paint; it's actually grey with a whole lot of different colors of flake in it. Very pretty in the sunlight. Unfortunately the pictures were taken when it was getting dark so there aren't any sun shots.

Notes: In the first picture, the grass was touched up to be more green (it was taken in the winter so the grass was brown) but other than that the pictures aren't touched up. Pictures were not taken by me.

    Blueline: Your soooo bad!

I paid my ex wife's car off, but it was in my name, so it was in my best interest.....

This year, my wife washed the Neon.....I was a little nervous.....

I know that Lydia is on the boards here and there and she's a top notch detailer!

    Speak up Lydia!!!!!!

I can honestly say I don't know any detailing girls. Some ladies like a clean car but they all use the slappy drive through wash. Really they just want it done quickly; quality- no issue.

I'm trying my hardest to educate my mom and sister in law.

    Wow Mini44, those look fantastic!!!
I had to show my wife these pictures, and she was really impressed. It takes a lot to impress her.

My wife does not like to clean cars. She, however, is starting to take some interest since I have taken up detailing.

Thanks for the thread. I love detailing

Those look very nice, I can only imagine how much work it takes to make that dually look that nice...
