Most definitely! SwirlX finishes ready for the LSP of your choice.

I am curious how many members of MOL have actually used SwirlX. We haven't had any reviews yet. I for one am anxious to read some reviews. Hint, hint.

I plan on trying it tomorrow on my 2005 Chevy truck. Just debating weather to use a white or orange pad (Lake Country). No real swerls just some spider webing and a few scratches. Also picked up the Ultimate Compound thought that might help with the scratches. Will let you know how it works.

With SwirlX stick with a polishing pad on the 5.0 speed setting, something equivalent to our yellow foam polishing pads.

                    Cutting Pad Caution
Anytime you want to use a cutting pad on a DA Polisher, before going over the entire car do a test spot with your pad and product of choice and then inspect the results and make sure you're not hazing the paint.

If possible inspect your results in two kinds of light. Make sure you're happy with the results before going over the entire car.

Just finished up using SwirlX. I can't finish the paint yet, touching up some chips first. But I have to tell you, what a great product! Most of the swirls are gone as are many of the fine scratches. When the sun comes up I'll get a better look at the overall job. I'm sure I made some rookie mistakes, but for using both swirlx and the 110 for the first time, Iat least felt like I was accomplishing something. The rest of the car looks and feels great!

I used the Swirlx on my truck today. Used the white LC pad on the DA. Did not get to complete the entire truck, finished both sides and the tailgate. This stuff is amazing, took out the spider webs and lite scratches. It leaves a beautiful finish, easy to work with very little dusting. Hope to complete the job tomorrow and finish with NXT 2.0. For anyone still on the fence about trying this product all I can say is give it a try, you won't be dissapointed. Another great Mequiar's product that can be found at most local stores.

So it pretty much takes out light to moderate swirls?

It did for me. After finishing one side I moved the truck into the direct sunlight and could not see any swirls or "spider webs'. Tomorrow I will see how it does on the top and hood.
