I may have used the word yourself as in

Hi there, just a question in according to what is saying on this thread NXT2.0 and M21 are same synthetic sealant? And also if NXt2.0 is considered as a sealant, Can I top Next 2.0 with M26 for better protection? thanks guys!

Basically except M21 is formulated to be used with a rotary buffer and NXT is not formulated to be used with a rotary buffer. That's a difference.
