As far as the bedliner, #40, or All Season Dressing would be fien choices. A wipe down with APC should be good for cleaning it first.
I have a porter cable 7424. will the #40 make it slippery?

#80, as well as #83 and #9/#82 are cleaner/polishes, so they will do all the cleaning you need (and swirl removal to the best of their abilities), as well as leaving polishing oils behind.

If anything, it would be the pure polish after the #80 that is the optional step. You will want to try it on a panel, or small area, and see if you tell any difference. If you cant tell a difference, dont worry about it.

If you use the #40 or ASD, the surface will be a bit slicker. Of course you would want to apply, then come back after a few minutes to buff off excess, but it will be a bit slicker to the touch. I like ASD on my exterior, seems to hold up well.

How about some Ben-Gay for your back & shoulders?
I've done trucks that size before and if your new at this you're gonna need it, even with the PC, especially if you plan on 3-stepping the paint (cleaner/polish/wax or sealant)

Lol yea i might need that. Although i used to have a black silverado that i used to use the dc 3 step on, so i am hoping with the pc it will be a little more forgiving.
          Thanks for the replies.
