My father has a 2001 black colour car (original paint).
His car got lots of swirl marks (spider-webs) on his paint because he uses the long handle brush to wash his car all the time. Therefore, I would like to bring his car back to the original paint before his b-day.
So, the question is should I process the following steps for restoring the finish of the car:
1) use #83 with the polishing pad to "clean-up" - speed "3" to remove most oxidation and contimination;
2) use "Colour X" with polishing pad - speed "3" to bring back the shine and cove the minor swirl marks;
3) Apply "Scratch X" to hide / remove the scratches that left over;
4) Apply the NXT wax to seal all the captioned works;
5) Go back to my house and cut the b-day cake
I have just purchased the Hi-Tech wax (#26), should I use it in-between the process?
Thanks.
